Leveraging extensive experience as a VP in a fortune 100 company, with P&L responsibility exceeding $260 million and day to day leadership of 1,200 employees and 24 million customers, Mary Sue offers her clients access to her knowledge and business acumen in the areas of operations, sales/business development, product development, team dynamics and strategic planning and leadership.
As an Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant, Mary Sue partners with leaders to upgrade their performance for both current and future roles. Known for her professionalism, exceptional interpersonal skills, and proven business acumen, Mary Sue enables clients to stretch and achieve the desired level of performance and career satisfaction. Using a client-centered coaching model, she approaches each client relationship with a clear focus on the coachee’s agenda and expectations. Mary Sue’s clients represent Fortune 50 companies to privately held family business’ in a number of industries and markets, including technology, health care, education, non-profit, manufacturing, insurance and faith based organizations, including United Health Group, Cigna, PMSI, APS Healthcare, YMCA, Susan G. Komen, Exelon, Keyser Group, EK Health, Matrix Medical Network, PNC Bank, Zebra Technologies and Gift of Hope Organ and Tissue Donation among others. Assignments include one-on-one coaching and assessment, team facilitation and effectiveness, leadership retreats, strategic planning, large-scale change initiatives and leadership oriented training and development programs. Skilled at coaching leaders at various levels within organizations, Mary Sue is sought out by senior level leaders, including “c-suite leaders”, desiring to capitalize on her first-hand executive experience. With exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills, Mary Sue speaks to a variety of groups and organizations. Mary Sue also serves in the role of adjunct professor at Trinity International University, teaching Organization Development in the School of Business.
Mary Sue is an avid learner and invests continually in her own growth and development. She completed her Masters in Management and Organizational Behavior/ Organizational Development in addition to a Graduate Certificate in Managed Care from Benedictine University. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Baylor University and is a graduate of Corporate Coach University. She is qualified to administer a number of assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, (MBTI), the FIRO Business, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode, DiSC and LMAP 360. Mary Sue is also certified by Korn Ferry/Lominger in their Leadership Architect® Competency tool and the William Bridges organization in “Transition Management”. She is a member of several professional and community organizations including the International Coach Federation, Chicago Coach Federation, and the Chicago Organizational Development Institute.
