Drawing on 25 years of experience as a business executive, Diane understands corporate leaders, the cultures they work in and the challenges they face. As a leadership coach, she is known for her straightforward, insightful approach to helping leaders maximize their potential and achieve results.  Diane engages clients in a process of assessment, challenge and support to solidify who they are as a leader, what they want to achieve and how to go about it in a way that is authentic, engaging and fulfilling.

Previously, Diane co-created and was Executive Director of Leading Women Executives, a high-profile, CEO-sponsored leadership development program designed to generate breakthrough career advancement for women. Through this initiative, Diane has helped hundreds of high-potential women leaders from every industry segment enhance their leadership impact and better navigate their careers while consulting with their organizations on retaining and promoting their best talent.

The participating sponsor companies encompass some of the most respected firms in their industries including Allstate, Boeing, CDW, Deere, Discover, Grainger, ITW and Walgreens.

Diane’s extensive career at Northern Trust Corporation spanned asset management, institutional sales, and senior leadership giving her deep experience in tackling tough business challenges. She led the business platform supporting sales and servicing activities for the firm’s institutional investment practice during a period when assets under management went from $70 billion to over $450 billion. While at Northern Trust, she was honored with the Chairman’s Diversity Award for her role in establishing a firm-wide mentor program.

Diane earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology from College of St. Benedict, a MBA in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Loyola University of Chicago Quinlan School of Business, and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. She is a professionally trained executive coach and member of the ICF-International Coach Federation. Diane serves on the Board of Directors for Sharing Connections, a non-profit organization providing furniture and household items to low-income families.
